1. Was Once A Vinyl Record...
This person was so excited about their new vinyl record. They waited days for it to arrive in the mail, and when they finally got the notification, they ran down to the box only to discover this horrific sight.
Some delivery man didn't think that a vinyl needed to be handled with care, so they broke it by shoving it into the box. Now their record is ruined, and they have to deal with the post office for a complaint.
2. The Picture Is Crystal Clear
These people got their first 4K HD television after saving up to get the latest model. They finally decided on the perfect television and ordered it in anticipation. After waiting for so long, they couldn't believe what happened.
The screen was completely broken, and they were infuriated. They called the store, and the people said they couldn't help because it was the delivery company's problem. Needless to say, they are not ordering online again.
3. It Clearly States "Do Not Fold," Yet Here We Are
How is it possible that you worked for four years, spent over $100,000, all for a degree, and it is crushed. Can you imagine how upset you would be that your diploma is ruined?
The envelope clearly states that it is not supposed to be folded. It is in bold black letters, and the postman should have seen that. It almost seems like some people do not care about your things arriving safely.
4. The Man Delivered The Package And Then Stole It
When you order something from Amazon, the delivery person will send you a picture of where he left the package. This guy decided to send the image and take the box for himself. That is against the code of delivery people.
The man didn't realize that he was caught on camera. The person who the package was addressed to can now call the company and his supervisor because of his criminal act. It is a federal crime to take someone's mail.
5. This Delivery Man Decided To Use The Elevator As A Bathroom
This UPS delivery guy decided to make the building elevator his personal bathroom, and he got caught on the security camera. If he comes back, he will see his picture posted and a warning that they have contacted his boss.
This guy may never return to the building because he probably got fired once it was reported to corporate. Someone in the building had a new puppy, and she was always nervous because of the urine smell. Now she can stop worrying about people hating her dog.
6. "Guaranteed Safe Delivery"
This man is an employee of USPS who ordered new uniforms, and this is how his package arrived. He finally realizes why people hate the postal service when it comes to delivering packages.
The problem with these situations is that you have to get the package insured if you want compensation in this case. If you call the postal service and report this, they will say they can't help you because it wasn't insured.
7. Perfectly Hidden From The Neighbors
Sometimes, if you get a flat package, delivery people will try to hide it so that none of your neighbors can steal the parcel. This person got a delivery, and the person attempted to hide it in the most obvious way possible.
Luckily, no one decided to take the tires, but they definitely noticed the failed attempt to disguise them. It was a sad try, but at least they gave it a shot. Some of the other people on this list had a much worse experience.
8. Quick Snack Before He Delivers The Pizza
Security cameras can provide the best content because people do dumb things when they think no one is watching. This delivery guy decided to have a snack while he was dropping off some pizza.
The problem is that his snack belonged to the people who ordered it. This guy was eating the toppings off the pizza and touching the food. This is so unsanitary and makes you not want to get food delivered.
9. The Mailman Needs To Learn What "Do Not Bend" Means
The postman was the first to congratulate the new graduate. The package could not have been marked in a more specific way. It is clearly labeled "Diploma- do not bend." How could you miss that memo?
It is almost as if the postman ignores any kind of message on the outside of a package. Also, if this is first class mail, what type of treatment do other mail classes get? Does economy mail get burned before it is delivered?
10. This Person Lost Three Packages, And Finally Figured Out Why
This person said she lost three packages over the course of three months. She was wondering what the Canadian Post was doing because they claimed the boxes had been delivered. Well, after months of wondering, she figured out why the packages were missing.
The postman had been leaving the packages out in the opening for anyone to take. People had been stealing her packages for months, and it took her half the year to figure out what was happening.
11. UPS Said They Couldn't Get To The Door Because There Was An "Obstruction"
UPS is a tricky postal service. They will come to your door and barely knock, then complain no one answered. They also occasionally claim that they can't reach the door because of obstructions like this.
There is clearly nothing blocking the door, but the UPS person was too lazy to walk to the door. They claimed that this wood chipper was in the way of them delivering the package. The person wasted everyone's time by not delivering the package.
12. The Package Was Marked Delivered, But It Got Dropped In The Middle Of The Woods
These people have a long dirt driveway, and UPS marked their package as "delivered." The people had no idea where their package went until they left for work the next day. The box was at the bottom of the driveway in the woods, and they almost ran over it.
We understand that the truck might now be able to go up the long driveway, or the postman didn't want to go to the front door, but at least have some common courtesy to say where it was delivered.
13. "We Care"...That's Hard To Believe
The big label that says "we care" on it is one big lie. The postman ruined their package to the point where the post office had to leave an apology note. The package looks like someone ran over it with a steamroller.
The note is so insincere, and you can guess that they probably won't compensate for damages to their items. The letter also claims that they did everything to prevent damage from happening. However, it seems like they did everything in their power to damage it.
14. How Does A Delivery Person Drop The Package In The Toilet?
This person received a note that their package was accidentally dropped in the toilet. We have so many questions about this situation. First, why were they putting the box through the person's window? Did they not notice the window was above a toilet?
We have never seen someone try to deliver a package through the window if no one answered the door. Maybe this was special instructions that went horribly wrong. We know this person is never leaving their bathroom window open again.
15. When You Order A New Door Online
This person had to order a new door after their house got SWAT'd. This is when someone prank phone calls the police about a fake bomb or terrorist threat, and the SWAT team forces their way into your house. In the process, they broke this person's door.
Well, when they ordered a door, they thought it would be an easy fix for the broken one. Apparently, that was asking too much because their new door arrived broken. You have to love the quality delivery service.
16. This Door Opens Out
This person got trapped in their house after the delivery man left a massive package leaning against their door that opens outwards. Hopefully, they have another door, so they can get out and move the package.
We understand that the postman does not know which way the door opens, but they still shouldn't block the doorway. This could be a fire hazard, and these people can't get out of their house now.
17. Sipping The Drink As He Waits To Deliver It
Ordering food for delivery is always a risk because it can spill, get cold, or melt along the way. This delivery guy decided to test if the smoothie was fresh by tasting it outside the customer's front door.
The man didn't know that the person had a doorbell camera, and he got caught by the customer. It is gross to think that food delivery people might touch or eat some of your orders. No one wants other people's germs on their food.
18. This Big Box Was Just For A Nose Ring
Amazon likes to do this funny thing where they find the biggest possible box for the smallest item. This person ordered a single nose ring, and they sent it in a box that could fit five other large items.
They wasted this huge box just for something that could have fit in a single envelope. It is ridiculous because they are not doing it to protect the item. They don't add bubble wrap or styrofoam, just a large empty box.
19. The Best Way To Safely Deliver A Package
Why deliver packages in a safe way when you could throw them onto the person's balcony and destroy the items they ordered. It seems like some of these delivery people are going out of their way to ruin people's belongings.
How many times have you received something and wondered how the packaging got so destroyed. It is as if they are stomping on the boxes, running over them, and then throwing them at your front door.
20. FedEx Cares About Your Personal Property
When people deliver packages, they not only destroy the items you order, but they also destroy your property. This person had two lions lining the side of their front steps, and FedEx knocked over one of the statues.
Now they have a lion and a sphinx to guard their front steps. Of course, FedEx will not pay for damages, but it is ridiculous. How many packages have to be destroyed for someone to stop being careless?
21. Five Years Worth Of Studying Just For This
People work for years to earn a university degree, and hours of hard work go into this impressive accomplishment. Not to mention the amount of money and student loans many people have to pay to study at a good university.
This person studied mechanical engineering, and they were so proud to graduate and put their degree to good use. Unfortunately, after all that hard work, their diploma was dropped in a puddle by the mailman and ruined.
22. Just Testing For Freshness Before Delivering The Food
Have you ever questioned the freshness of the food you ordered? Well, not to worry because this delivery guy will make sure you have fresh food. He does the taste tests right before he drops off the order. There might be a bite missing, but you can always guarantee that it is fresh.
Why is it that delivery people will eat the food you ordered? Unless they are caught on camera, there is no way to find out, so some people have no idea their meal is filled with germs.
23. When You Are Told It Will Require A Signature, But They Never Ask For One
This package contained important information like the car title, spare key, bank information, and other essential things that require a signature. Instead of leaving the package at the front desk, they left it out in the open for anyone to take.
Luckily, the neighbors did not steal her information. Since she got her package safely and there is not much to do besides file a complaint. Sometimes people can be so careless about following important instructions.
24. "There's Probably Nothing Fragile In This Box, Who Really Cares"
This person has a security camera, and on two separate occasions, she caught two different companies throwing her packages against the door. FedEx and UPS delivered her boxes in such a harsh way that things could have been broken.
It wasn't as if the house had a lot of stairs to get to the front door. The mailman only had to walk up three steps to place the package down instead of throwing it. Hopefully, none of her purchases were ruined in the process.
25. The Big Red Sticker Was Not A Good Enough Reminder
The big red sticker with capital letters wasn't a good enough warning for the post office, so we don't know what will make them handle with care. Maybe the word "fragile" is not in the post office's vocabulary.
Maybe the post office lives in an alternate world where everything is the opposite. In this alternative world, fragile means that they have to throw things around, and second class mail is treated with care.
26. The UPS Driver Is The Grinch That Stole Christmas
This package was supposed to be a Christmas present, but the UPS person decided to open the box and steal the contents. The holidays are supposed to be a time of giving, not committing crimes.
Luckily, he was caught on camera, so the customer can file a complaint and possibly get their money back. These people should get revenge and leave a package with glitter inside, so when the thief takes it, they get covered in sparkles.
27. Out In The Open For Anyone To Take
Many packages get stolen each year, whether they are visibly expensive or not. This TV is clearly a pricey item, yet the delivery person left it out in the open for everyone to see and possibly steal.
It wouldn't be surprising if the person opened the package only to find a broken television. The delivery person probably drop-kicked it onto the porch so they wouldn't have to walk up three steps.
28. Amazon Delivered Three Packages To The Neighbors
This person had three packages delivered to his neighbor's house because Amazon got the address wrong. Unfortunately, the rude neighbors decided to keep the packages that didn't belong to them. The people who ordered things decided to take matters into their own hands.
The customers whose packages kept being delivered to the wrong house made a large sign so the Amazon employee would know where to put the parcels. It is rather rude for the neighbors to not give the packages to the rightful owner.
29. The Package Was Left A Mile From Their House
These people got a notification that their package had been delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. After several hours of confusion, the neighbor called to say the box was attached to a fence about a mile from their house.
Why would someone deliver it to a random place instead of the address? It is like the delivery person is going out of their way to make the customer's life inconvenient. This is the most bizarre delivery site we have ever seen.
30. Delivery Person Left A TV Sitting Outside Without Ringing The Doorbell
Like many other TV's this one was delivered and left for anyone in the neighborhood to steal off their front porch. Not only did the delivery person leave it out, but they didn't ring the doorbell so someone would know the package arrived.
While it would have been hard for someone to take this without getting caught, it is still risky. It was rude that the person didn't even notify the customer that their package had arrived. What if it rained and the TV got ruined? They would never have known the package arrived.
31. The Word 'Fragile' Means Nothing To Delivery People
Here is another example of how people misunderstood the word fragile. Although there are plastic reinforcement, the object still got damaged and now these people have to figure out how to send it back.
It is so frustrating when you wait for so long to get a delivery, and you have to send it back because it's damaged or not what you wanted. These people will probably have to pay for the return even though it was not their fault.
32. This Book Was Delivered With Care
The most satisfying feeling is flipping through the crisp pages of a new book. This person was denied that glorious feeling because the post office did not handle their package with care. It was bent and thrown around like a rag.
Although this is not a fragile item, it shows how careless the post office is with packages. No matter what you order, you are taking the risk of your items being damaged or never arriving because they were stolen.
33. The Amazon Delivery Guy Is Over It
This must have been a funny video to watch because the man throws the package on the ground, clearly not caring about the customer. Then, he drives his van into the garbage cans because he doesn't care about that either.
Maybe he was having a bad day, or it was his last day on the job. The man could have been working his last shift after getting fired for ruining customer's packages. We have never seen someone more over their job than this.
34. The Tetris Of Package Delivery
The postman really enjoys playing Tetris, so when he is working and can't play, he uses the packages to get his fix. Instead of everything fitting together nicely, like the game, he shoved it into the box and broke whatever was in the package.
Whatever was in that box is now ruined, and the packages are stuck in the mailbox because the postman jammed them in there so tight. Not only is their stuff ruined, but they can't remove it from the box to assess the damage.
35. They Should Get Free Pizza For Life Because Of This
Why would you want a freshly made, intact pizza pie when you could have a smush half that is a cheesy disaster? The delivery person thought it would be a good idea to stack the pizza's on their sides.
Not only were the pizzas ruined, but they were also cold. The delivery person only apologized for the delay, but not for ruining the pies. This is a huge disappointment because pizza is so yummy, but it is sad when it is destroyed.
36. This Person's Package Was Left Right Where It Can Get Run Over
If you scroll too fast, you might miss the package thrown in the middle of the driveway. These people also didn't see their package at first because the delivery person left it in the least obvious place.
These people ran over the package twice before realizing the envelope had been delivered. Hopefully, it wasn't something fragile because it would definitely be broken after that. Is it really that hard to put something outside a door or in a mailbox?
37. Apple Cider Vinegar Was Not Delivered With Care
This person was excited that their apple cider vinegar had arrived, only to find it had leaked through the box. Although the bottle was bibble wrapped and there was protective packaging, someone still managed to break it.
The delivery person must have run over the box with their truck multiple times for this to break in half. It is ridiculous that even with protection, the items are still getting destroyed.
38. Delivery Is Not The Most Sanitary Choice Apparently
With everything going on in the world regarding the global pandemic, people are much more aware of the spread of germs. This goes against everything people have been practicing for months, and it really makes you think how unsanitary things have always been.
This person is scratching his bare behind, and then he is going to touch the customer's food. He is probably the type to eat the food before it gets to the customer. This is absolutely horrifying to see from a delivery man.
39. They Couldn't Put In The Effort To Place It In The Dry Area
This delivery person was so lazy that they couldn't bother to push the box a few inches back so that it wouldn't get wet from the rain. Instead, this is another ruined package because someone couldn't be bothered to move it.
Some people don't enjoy their jobs, and that is understandable, but why do they have to take that hatred out on the customer. The customer just wanted their purchases, and they got destroyed because someone was unhappy.
40. An Interesting Mix Of Items In The Box
This person ordered a package from eBay, and the seller sent their items in an old box. Well, the delivery man looked quite confused when he dropped this off to the customer. Those two items definitely don't go together.
The person who ordered the package confirmed that they did not purchase yarn or sex toys, so it must have been some sort of practical joke by the sender. This is the perfect way to deter people from stealing your packages.
41. Every Single Piece Of Wood Was Damaged By The Delivery
This delivery man must have been agitated the day he dropped off this package. FedEx delivered the Ikea shelves, and the woman watched as the delivery man threw them on the doorstep.
Each piece of wood was damaged, and the shelves were unusable. What makes this even worse is that the woman saw how disrespectful the person was with their delivery.
42. He Didn't Think To Use The Bathroom Inside The Store
Not only was there a public bathroom inside the supermarket, but they also didn't wash their hands after peeing in public. The delivery person then picked up the food and took it to the customer with disgusting hands.
There are rules about food safety, and some of these delivery people do not respect those codes. It is horrifying to see what people do when they think you are not looking. Maybe hold off on ordering food next time.
43. Postmates Delivered Her Food Out Of A Dirty Baby Stroller
This person's Postmates arrived out of a dirty baby stroller. It also looks like the food was thrown into an old shopping bag carelessly. The food is all smushed, and it has all the germs of the woman's stroller.
It seems like anyone can sign up to deliver food, and there are no rules about hygiene. People can pick their wedgies, eat the customer's food, and get away with it because there are no regulations.
